A Good Egg

I love chocolate.....noooooo I hear you say, not you!! So I just love Easter time and nothing better to make Easter treats is A Good Egg stamp set.

At my last craft club we had lots of fun creating an Easter card with sparkly spots, an egg filled basket with the cute chick emerging from her shell (must be a girl as she is very cute), and a decorated candle which is an ideal gift for those who can't have chocolate.

Greenhouse Garden

Well, this is my take on the design shown on page 43 of the current catalogue! It took a while to master lining up the flowers on the background with the ones on the front panel, but I am very pleased with the result and hope my Mum will be pleased to receive it on Mother's Day (no peeking Mum ;-)

The treat bag is half an A4 sheet of card with rounded ends, decorated with a background stamp and punched with the scallop circle punch to make the window. A small cellophane bag, add a few stamped Greenhouse Garden flowers, a few chocs, tie up with ribbon. Easy...!

Flight of the Butterfly....

These 2 projects were made using the Flight of the Butterfly stamp set which is so pretty. The co-ordinating punch makes it easy to punch out the stamped butterflies. The handbag card is secured with Velcro spots and can be opened to put your message inside.

The 3D card design is taken from a Stampin' Up! publication and as I had never seen one like this before, decided to give it a go! It can be folded flat to send in the post.
